House portraits are hand-drawn in ink on thick 300gsm watercolour paper.

Choose from an A4 or A5 sized drawing: A4 measures 210 x 297 mm; A5 measures 148 x 210 mm.

Cornelia only takes on a limited number of commissions each month - so be sure to get in quick!

Note that I don’t draw commercial properties, building interiors, cars, people, or pets, sorry.

The house portraits are drawn by hand, using waterproof ink, on 300gsm acid-free Hahnemühle watercolour paper.

During the checkout process, you will be asked to provide the information I need for your house portrait.

Afterwards, you will need to email me photos of the house: please refer to my handy guide, ‘How to photograph your house’ that explains what I need.

Once I have received these items, I’ll confirm your order. Once your order is confirmed, the turnaround time is currently 3 weeks (excluding shipping).
